I injured my bloody toe. The toe there rub until the tramp. Then the skin come out. Wth.

Blood come out lorh. The coach still ask me to continue do ley. My elbow was like pancake cause got the ### picture on it man ! This is the consequences of doing FaceDrop.

When can i stop injuring myself when having gym ?
