Let me count the mishaps that happen to me .
1 , 2 , 3 ! (Major) (Got some injuries are personal reasons. So wont be mention here.)
1) Muscle Aches !
I GOT MUSCLE ACHES ! My leg , my stomach and my shoulder !
Practically the whole body so yeah. I can't like move my legs luh !
I think thats because I RAN 10 ROUNDS OUTSIDE THE HALL !
Plus , Shaun John pushed me lorh. I hate the feeling when people push me and ask me to run faster he was like :
SJC : Can you like run faster !?
Nat : No .
SJC : Ok then fuck off .
Grrrr.. But then seriously , he is quite serious of the "Everytime come training" plan la.
Even he has work , he still will come for training . Cool !
2 ) BLISTERS!
My freaking converse shoes made my heels damn alot of blister luh.
Haizz , new shoes ma , bo bian.
3) INJURED LEG !
My ankle the skin come out ! OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG .
